Bideford/Torrington

Bideford/Torrington. Always excellent. Always friendly staff. No complaints here. Thank you Lidl. But.....there guarantees on electrical appliances are absolutely worthless, the company that deals with guarantees will not honour them, they make it it practically impossible to contact them, be warned, buy it, try it straight away and make sure everything is OK by the 30 days return window. (99% of the tools I have bought are excellent).

Alfreton store has obviously suffered from poor management over the last 4 months. In the evening cages are parked in front of shelves! It seems that the fresh fruit and veg is not attended to and rotten produce should be removed. Generally normal lines, usually stocked, are not available. Six items on our shopping list were unavailable. Staff not really helpful and seem extremely stressed and unfriendly. We’ve shopped here since it opened but sadly leaving it because of it’s decline. Lidl, send an incognito shopper in. Only trying to help

I went to Lidl camberwell green to buy some veggies, I couldn’t find what I wanted and I was about to go out when a security stopped me and wanted to check my bag, at first I refused, then he harassed me saying that if I wouldn’t let him check my shopping bag he would never let me in again. He finally checked my bag and obviously it was all good, but being treated like a thief is unacceptable especially when you do that in front of other costumers, it shamed me a lot and I will never go back again because door staff are rude and unprofessional.

Lidl head office customer services is a…

Lidl head office customer services is a complete joke! GET STAFF WHO CAN HANDLE COMPLAINT CALLS EFFECTIVELY??Awful Excuses for the complaint I made last week regarding the actions of a security guard at their Romford, London store. Their handling of such a serious complaint was unprofessional and very unhelpful.Never had the phone call i was told I would get and I really don't need to be wasting my time calling Lidl's 0800 number for an update. Please sort out the way you treat customers and handle complaints!!!!! Being threatened by your security guard is UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGRACE !

Selling Thursday papers on Friday

How can Lidl in Ladysmith Road, Grimsby sell you Thursday Sun newspaper at 09:10 on a Friday morning.Sorry but this is just lazy it would take about 30 seconds to remove the old papers. In the present circumstances I should not be expected to hang around checking dates it’s so easy for the staff to do the right thing. Very poor standards.

Lidls in Tottenham Court Road and Camden High Street: dreadful places to shop, long queues to pay barely any customer service.Have decided not to shop there any more but will pay extra to shop at other places , for better quality and service.

Lidl rewards don’t reward loyal weekly shoppers

Really disappointed that the loyalty scheme has changed. The weekly experience of having my shopping thrown at me faster than I could pack it was worth it for the £10 reward. Before March you could earn money-off vouchers on weekly shops and use them the following week. It changed this month and this is a real let-down of a loyalty scheme. Only noticed after earning rewards this month and then being totally confused in the store when I couldn’t use them. As others have said, the time expires before your next weekly shop! Poor show Lidl.

The most disgusting customer service

The most disgusting customer service. Have been insulted but shop assistant, security guy walking behind customers like in a prison. Customer services an absolutely disgraceful. No one cares about customers.I've spend £60 in the store and the scan in a shop wasnt scanning my app for the points. I was told to call customer services and they will add through the phone but guess what? They said they unable to do that.Utterly disgusting service.

No white or mint lollies for 6 months…

No white or mint lollies for 6 months at Lidl Richmond Yorks. Tried West Auckland store - same problem. Always a freezer full of almond ones - no use to people with a nut allergy. Tried numerous times to complain re their system - stock replies not even mentioning lollies. Buyer must have shares in an Almond farm.

Dissapointing

Dissapointing. Lots of unrecyclable packaging, vegetables often found rotting after a couple of days at home, very slow to uptake on Vegan/Vegetarian alternatives, little care given to COVID measures.
